Maha Zikra MD, F.A.C.E.
American Diplomat of Endocrine, Diabetes, and Metabolism
Dr. Maha Zikra is American board certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism. She has been in practice since 1997 and has over 20 years of experience in the field of Endocrinology. She graduated in 1997 from St. Lukes- Roosevelt Hospital, affiliated with the University of Colombia Presbyterian, in New York.
She completed her Residency in Internal Medicine from Seton Hall University, in New Jersey. She is a staff member of the Orlando Health Hospital System and Florida Hospital. Dr. Zikra is an active member of the Endocrine Society and American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists.
She practices evidence based medicine and provides full range of Endocrinological services. Her main interests are thyroid, pituitary, and adrenal disease, and she has outstanding experience in treating Diabetes. Dr. Zikra's main goal is to provide high standards of care to all of her patients and improve each individual's health, leading to a better quality of life.
